Package removal does not stop running bots

Removing intelmq (3.4.1~alpha1-1) ...

The process in question was a bot.
It is left to the user to stop the running bots, otherwise intelmq is not removable.

This likely needs a way to not only stop the bots, but kill them to ensure no bot is still running.
