Recognitition of funding on website

In today's committee meeting, we discussed the idea of maybe including some recognitiion of projects/instititions that have contritbuted to the development of the conventions.

Let's discuss!

Some initial ideas from me (not neccessarily the committee as a whole)

• Could have a dedicated page
• Could have 'tiers' of funding like you sometimes see at conferences/events. 'Gold' contributors could have their logos in the footer of each page and maybe other perks
• Could this help us attract funding?

I think it's a bit tricky because a lot of the work that happens on CF is through indirect funding - folks funded to work on some project or tool where CF Conventions contributions are necessary to furthering the project, or a similar scenario. And I struggle to see how all of those important contributions can be acknowledged in a fair e.g. sensibly-weighted way. But I am happy to hear ideas!
