FAQ+Guide: add SD card removal/add as possible fix for SAF problems 

On support we had a user with problems accessing base folders (he was unable to select a base folder in his SAF folder selection dialog). He resolved the problem by removing and then re-inserting his SD card.

We should add this to the FAQ and guide in the section for SAF file access problems
