While running travis cpanm is used to install required Perl modules.

On Februar, 16th 2018 a new Moose version was published (v2.2010) which requires the installation of Devel::OverloadInfo. This installation fails and therefore our tests are broken.

Will install a fixed version of Moose to fix that problem.

Nevertheless, this should be checked again and would require a broad testing of the different modules which might be installed.
