This is one of the results I got:
PP.H0.abf PP.H1.abf PP.H2.abf PP.H3.abf PP.H4.abf
1.01e-129 1.63e-38 6.15e-92 1.00e+00 2.07e-12
[1] "PP abf for shared variant: 2.07e-10%
and the max(my.res$results$SNP.PP.H4)=0.1675763
I used several different traits to do the analysis and all PP.H3.abf I got were 1.00e+00.
Is this caused by the mistake of my input datasets? If not, how should I interpret the results?
