Describe the feature you'd like to request

Similar to {toctree}'s :numbered:, I'd absolutely love to see this for [local] {content}! Eg, 1-2-3 tutorial steps table of contents

Describe the solution you'd like

Simply allow :numbered: opt within a {content} directive

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually adding my own table of contents instead of scalable autogen - not scalable, tedious, unnecessary

Sorry this isn't the official docutils, just my fork 😅

Actual docutils is on stupid sourceforge, or open on sphinx
