The compact button is missing on Firefox 89.0.2 (64-bit).

@yooksi I pushed a bug fix release. Could you update Trello Super Powers and try the latest version (0.13.2)?

You can update the extension via the main menu on the top right -> "Add-ons and themes" -> "Extensions" -> "Settings" icon on the top-right -> "Check for updates"
