libmicrohttpd issue leading to artifacted web video #6

Hi,

I recently setup motioneye on a TrueNAS 12.0-U8 and everything seems to work except for the webbased video display, which is mostly artifacts based.

I think it is related to libmicrohttpd 0.9.75 as I found my issue to be identical to:
https://giters.com/ccrisan/motioneye/issues/2267

I noticed FreeBSD12 ships with 0.9.75 and am not knowledgeable enough to downgrade it to a lower version.

Any guidance or resolution would be very welcome!
