Not a major bug, but easier to validate/verify correct version on upgrade.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Login as sys admin and scroll to the bottom.

Expected behavior
Should show correct semantic version.

Might just need to make a change in setup.py in ckanext-cioos_theming (created related issue).
