How do I Make the Ocean on my server have vary little to no waves?

I've been trying to figure out how to make a script for my qb-core server to make the wave Hight as minimal as possible. I have several boats installed and i want to just cruise around with friends, the waves get really annoying and I just need them gone. and while im on this topic i also want to figure out how to make the water look tropical.

I am using FX 6683
