doubt $FIVEM_PRIVATE_URI

I used gitlab to generate the build and set the linux flag, but the build doesn't happen specifically in this part:

if [ ! -d fivem-private ]; then
	git clone $FIVEM_PRIVATE_URI -b master
else
	cd fivem-private
	git remote set-url origin $FIVEM_PRIVATE_URI
	git fetch origin
	git reset --hard origin/master
	cd ...
fi

my question is, is the compilation for linux in the context of fivem closed to everyone?
