[BUG] Licence Categories, Additional Fields with Apostrophes #396

What seems to be the problem?
When an additional field containing an apostrophe is use on a licence category, the "Licence Details by Licence Category" report has a syntax error.
What did you expect to happen?
Export the report.
Is there anything else you can offer that might help?
The camelCase function that converts the field names into column names needs to sanitize quotes.
