Because

Batch files now have comments that are specific to annotation projects. For example, in batches/aapb-collaboration-27a.txt we have a comment

This batch contains varied handpicked videos for scene recognition with variability in the slates/chyrons/credits. this batch is the densely-labelled one used in SR.

It is fine that a batch is created for a specific project, but we may want to have the second part of the comment be associated with an annotation project rather than a batch file. This could be either a readme file in the raw data directory or an addition to the projects readme file.

I rewrote the batch comments so that they do not raise the expectation that what the batch is used for has to be documented here.

But we probably still need to add something to the project readme files so I am keeping this open for now.
