gold format for RFB evaluation data #89

Because

This issue to track progress on development of "gold" format of RFB evaluation data (not confused with rfb-seqtag data).

Done when

  • format to use in evaluation script is fixed
  • process.py is written in this repo to generate the gold format
  • golds directory is added to RFB project directory.

Additional context

Closely related to clamsproject/aapb-evaluations#51.
