version 2.25 of fossil has been released: https://fossil-scm.org/home/doc/trunk/www/changes.wiki#v2_25
It would be great to have an upgrade for the official package which is currently at 2.21.

this one is special -- it seems to totally evade our new version detection logic in new and fun ways

but manual update done -- should be in the next release

You might be surprised to see that fossil's own easy-scraping release tarball page only lists 2.24 as the latest 😜
