Documentation updates and Schema definitions

Description: There are discrepancies between the data structure observed in the JSON-LD export and the current technical documentation.

1. Missing Domains/Ranges: Can the documentation explicitly define the domain and range (allowed value sets) for attributes?
2. Class Mismatch (detectionType): Documentation states detectionType can be used by the Cohort class, but in the data, it is observed under the Proband type.
3. Data Lineage: Can a clear mapping be available between the GCI/ClinGen website data elements and the Genegraph export, making it easier to trace data provenance ?
