Improper values and column mapping errors in sex field

Description: The sex field is being populated with values that belong to other categories rather than the expected gender values.

Specifically:

1. The value OtherVariantDetectionMethod appears in sex (ClinGen website expects "Other").
2. The value UnknownEthnicity appears in sex (ClinGen website expects "Unknown")

Steps to Reproduce
