RSS feeds for releases

Keeping track of new tools releases would be much simpler if there were an RSS feed available on that page that was just new releases. I looked into adding that with JBake, but it wasn't obvious from the docs and I got a cryptic "Can't load library" error trying to run it locally.

I’m never sure if anyone still uses RSS :)

I don’t think it would be very easy to do this in JBake right now as there isn’t really any data to source from. But it would be very easy to make as part of the tools release process.

I’m just not sure it’s worth the effort to do so.

+1 RSS aficionado here. @puredanger In fact there is plenty services like Feedly, Inoreader to aggregate important information from RSS.
