Some services in the AWS console seem to have a variant of the CodeEditor component that has a more minimal design (and seems to look more Cloudscape-like if that makes sense). The current CodeEditor component isn't bad by any means, but it always looks slightly out of place compared to the rest of the Cloudscape components.
Here's an example of what it looks like in the ECS console when editing a task:
Based on super quick inspection, it seems to still be using the Ace editor and possibly even most of the underlying existing CodeEditor component, but it'd be awesome to get something like this officially supported through Cloudscape directly!
EDIT: Upon some more digging, perhaps it's related to something with Cloud9, but couldn't find anything specific or concrete.
