Endless redirecting on Chrome when trying to open Web Arena

When trying to open the following URL:

https://arena.topcoder.com/#/u/practiceProblemList

... I only get the text "Redirecting..." in the top left corner and I get redirected to

https://www.topcoder.com/my-dashboard

The process then repeats itself. This doesn't happen on Edge (just tested).
