Consider adding progress / status update if verbose is on

Consider adding a message to STDOUT when working on time ranges in gMap and/or gAperture. At some point the software knows the time bins its going to be working on. If verobe=3, these are printed to STDOUT, but there's no indication of how many it's done / have yet to do, and it would be nice to know this info.
