Feature: Add an example of Application Sets

Problem Statement

Right now, all examples in this repo uses applications, not application sets. We need to add a SIMPLE example of using application sets with idpbuilder.

Possible Solution

We can create an example using the basic stack. It should deploy the same things except it's written in application set.
