Feature: Add support for preview of PR changes

Problem Statement

Add a workflow which can deploy a preview version of PR so that it can be reviewed in better way.

Possible Solution

Probably it can be done using GH pages with folders for PR in website/build directory which can be accessed using cnoe.io

May be using this GH Action: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/deploy-pr-preview
This might also need a change to existing deploy action for compatibility. Ref: https://github.com/JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action
