Featue to disable x2 speed on mouse or spacebar hold

⚬ PROBLEM:

Youtube has made it so when i hold spacebar or mouse video switches to x2 speed.
My web browser often lags and delays inputs, and when i click on viewport it interprets click as click and hold, accelerating video instead of pausing.
⚬ SOLUTION:

Add an option to make it so nothing happens when i hold left mouse button and rapid play/pause switching when i hold spacebar.(youtube video embувы still work like this)
