Setup Instructions

1. Run movement init in PROJECT_ROOT and enter all the neccessary details.
2. To run unit test enter movement move test --dev.
3. To deploy enter the following command

movement move create-resource-account-and-publish-package --seed <seed_phrase> --named-addresses publisher=default --address-name BotPortal
