Run input wizard first with PPM input, then modify the following settings:

Motor Settings > PID Controllers
    Minimum ERPM    70 rpm

App Settings > General
    App to Use                      PPM and UART

App Settings > PPM
    General
        Control Type                PID Speed Control
        Median Filter               True
        Safe Start                  True
        PID Max ERPM                4900 rpm

    Mapping
        Pulselength Start           0.1 ms
