Can we work to put together where to source the non-printed materials on the Prusa face shields? I'm trying to scope out the options online to avoid as much in-store time as possible.
What are local options for getting clear plastic sheets this thin? For people without laser cutters, we will have to resort to score-and-snap-(and-sand) methods. I'm aware of options for 1/8-1/2 clear acrylic, but not so much on 0.02 inch options. Would 20 guage vinyl be thick enough to hold shape?
The headbands, we have to look for local options that won't take a month to ship over from China. Buttonhole elastic bands from Joann's and maybe knit elastic and an x-acto knife would work too.
