[Consumer] Make moment().isDST() logic calls check for displayed date #51

8876aa3 is buggy as it doesn't consider the event date.

All areas that use moment().isDST() should do something like moment(event_start_date).isDST() instead.

This will become confusing as we approach a DST time and have events crossing the threshold.
