诉求：
一些mybatis生成工具生成的类想剔除
文件参考如下
test.java.zip
希望能剔除掉这部分类作为主调、被调时生成的调用链

可以参考这个清洗数据的脚本，也是过滤自动生成的文件：https://github.com/codefuse-ai/CodeFuse-Query/blob/main/example/CodeFuse/CommentCodePairsJava.gdl#L9

配合路径过滤的脚本一起看：#114
