Describe the new feature or enhancement you'd like to see:
I propose adding documented solutions for the following LeetCode problems to the project repository:

Problem 308: Range Sum Query 2D - Mutable
Problem 310: Minimum Height Trees
Problem 311: Sparse Matrix Multiplication
This involves providing clear, commented code solutions along with explanations of the approaches used for each problem.

Use Case

Use Case for Problem 308 (Range Sum Query 2D - Mutable):

Efficiently handling dynamic updates and queries on a 2D matrix, which is useful in scenarios where matrix data frequently changes and requires real-time querying.
Implementing data structures for optimized range queries and updates, applicable in various applications like gaming, financial modeling, and dynamic data analysis.
Use Case for Problem 310 (Minimum Height Trees):

Finding the optimal nodes (roots) in a tree structure that minimize the maximum distance to all other nodes, which is valuable in network design and hierarchical structures.
