Allow skill and item selection to work with any configuration

Currently the skill and item selection breaks in some battles when their position is not as expected.
Easily testable by giving yourself all skills and items using the Parameter Booster in the game settings.

Skills (and special, and white/black magics) are working now. Items we can still improve in theory.
