Preliminary meeting with PINAX

Had a call with Sohag and Martin on 13-02-2025.
From what I gather, they might be interesting in using Codex both as a provider of storage (using the idle capacity of their datacenters) and as a user of storage (for their blockchain index data).

We'll have a follow-up call, hopefully for me with some tech people present, so we can talk about data access patterns to see if we're a good match. And maybe hopefully convince them to have a look at our testnet.
