Describe the bug
3c has a feature to use % of equity orders instead of quote (example: base order 0.3% instead of 10$).
When this type of order is used, 3cpm treats these percentages as quote numbers, hence "Max DCA" and "ROI" returns incorrect values of 0.0x.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '3c website, setup a single bot, next to the left of base order size field select "% (USDT)", setup the bot and start it.'
  2. Click on 'Refresh stats in 3cpm'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Display statistics according to the true percentages (alas calculate true values from percentages).

The screenshot shows 1% Risk, while in reality the risk is around 70%, Max DCA values are wrong as well.
