What?

Pass workshop into service when delete workshop button is pressed
Use delete workshop service to call the backend to delete the workshop from the database
Right now anyone can delete any workshop

Why?
We want users to be able to delete a workshop in case it needs to be canceled.

Acceptance Criteria:

When you push the delete workshop button that workshop is passed to the backend
Anyone can delete any workshop
