Cirun integration for staged-recipes?

There are some packages that are so big, that building them on staged-recipes is outright impossible (recent example: #31063).

It would be nice if we could enable a workflow that allows building a PR here using some cirun-based runners, and then transmit that to the feedstock when it gets created.

I imagine this would be a bigger undertaking, but just wanted to document this somewhere.

I don't see ourselves enabling that in staged-recipes proper, but there could be a mechanism to run a given PR in a separate repository with some GHA trickery (similar to what we do to create the feedstocks). And then attach the reference PR run to the staged-recipes review?

I don't see much of an issue if we did? As long as the access list is sufficiently tight, no-one would be able to abuse or DDOS the server; it would only be triggerable by approved reviewers (e.g. by pushing an empty commit if case is judged to be legitimate).

That seems simpler to me than doing some magic in another repo.
