AMD SEV support will be removed from Kata Containers very soon (kata-containers/kata-containers#10840). This will cascade to removals on CoCo operator and other CoCo parts. I'm creating this issue so we can use to discuss any impact in peer pods as well as track the work required (if any).

grep'ing the source code I only see mentions to SEV on libvirt provider, so the removal should be straightforward.
