get rid of microdnf and use modular dnf

what's wrong?

error: Could not depsolve transaction; 1 problem detected:
0. package bind-32:9.11.1-1.P1.module_d30cc5aa.x86_64 requires systemd, but none of the providers can be installed

I would rename the repo to just bind
help page would use some love (history, more thorough description of the types, grammar)
