Missing network connectivity in containers

Issue Description

In each podman container I have created, I lost network connectivity. I experienced this issue first with distrobox, but soon I realised that this happens to all containers. My OS is Arch Linux.

Tentative solution

I tried to follow the troubleshooting guide, by setting

# sysctl -w "net.ipv4.ping_group_range=0 2000000"

and by making it persistent (always following the troubleshooting guide), but it is still not working.

Thank you for the quick reply. No, I haven't tried yet: I will post there now.

EDIT: I posted here because I also tried to do a fresh install of podman multiple times, but the issue persists. If there are no valuable suggestions, I am already considering a new Arch installation to start from scratch.
