k8sdemo: poc-net and poc-epg missing after clean_restart.sh #77

poc-net and poc-epg are setup by default with setup_k8s_cluster.sh, but not created after clean_restart.sh.

poc-net and poc-epg are created only for "poc" purposes. We will remove them from the setup scripts.
