Waypoints

Give the player the ability to create waypoints.

A waypoint may have a parent, if the parent is disabled the child is aswell.
A waypoint may be island/region specific, meaning it only shows up in said region(s).

The waypoint may have the following rendering options:

• Full block highlight/block outlines
• Beacon beam
• Name (floating text with distance)
