Add a detailed definition of KUDOS execution success and failure.

Fail, abort and mark execution as finished:

If receiving a RST, or CoAP error message, or an invalid KUDOS message
If exhausting the number of retransmissions for a sent KUDOS message
If not receiving KUDOS message 2 after a pre-defined amount of time since the first transmission of KUDOS message 1

Succeed and mark execution as finished:

If the peer has sent KUDOS message 2
If the peer has received KUDOS message 2
