[Bug] Undo/redo history on spline contours and holes doesn't work #2599

Describe the Bug
The undo/redo on spline contours and holes doesn't work - either just not doing anything or throwing exceptions depending on which one is being tested.
Steps to Reproduce
In OHIF, create a spline contour in the segmentation contours
Also create a planar freeform and livewire
Separately create all of hte above with holes (shift+drag inside contour)
Undo each one of the above, and redo them.
The hole/contour should undo/redo
The current behavior
Exceptions and failure to redo
The expected behavior
Undo/redo just works for contours
