[Feature Request] Add open u shaped contour to freeform/livewire/spline segmentation tools and save/load #2620

What feature or change would you like to see made?
The open u shaped contour is a valid store method for rtstruct segmentations and should be added to the contour support as an alternate closure type. This should then be allowed to save in the rtstruct and sr annotations
Why should we prioritize this feature?
Some segmentations such as those for cardiology are fundamentally open u shaped with some sort of line/shading. Adding this support would allow display of such segmentations properly
