Decode 1.2.840.10008.1.2.4.90 transfer syntax?

Is there an example to decode & get the byte array of transfer syntax - 1.2.840.10008.1.2.4.90 ?

Usecase: I try to manipulate the bytes to get rid of burnt in information. It works pretty good with dicomparser for Little & big Endian, Implicit & explicit but not for othe JPEG transfer syntaxes. I cannot find any good example of how to get the bytearray from the dicom file using a decoder
