I used the COMPSRA tool for piRNA analysis and succesfully implemented it in our paper citing COMPSRA. I want to use it for another analysis but it seems the github page lacks a jar file and the link provided to download COMPSRA using wget is not opening. Please provide a solution to this as I want to use COMPSRA for my next paper.
