There is no identifiable base characteristic in the wording for get_source_file_name, get_name, and get_display_name.

Someone from LWG should probably be consulted, but the UnaryTypeTrait requirements should be met except that there is no base characteristic and the members of integral_constant are instead direct members with similar behaviour.

That's a recurrent wording issue (see e.g. #83 ) that IMO can be fixed post-publication as the intent is clear.
