Support KeePass v2.42 and above

This release fixes issues caused due to changes in KeePass v2.42.

If you're using TrayTOTP and KeePass v2.42 (or above) and receiving errors when starting KeePass, upgrade to this verision of TrayTOTP to fix the problem.
