Leakage parameters definition: 0.25 vs 0.19

Hi, I'm sorry for bothering you again...
I'm comparing old and new ctapipe versions (0.19 vs 0.25) and, due to the different definition of the pixel_width_1 (normalized wrt total number of pixels in camera vs total number of pixels in cleaned image), I'm facing some issues of 'consistency'. n_pixels in Morphology container is the same value used currently to normalize the pixels_width_1 (and 2) variable, or do I need to read, for each event, the cleaning mask to be able to retrieve this number and correct the values for the different definition?
I know this is a crazy and stupid question, but I am lost and data re-processing is quite annoying :(

Hi Elisa,

n_pixels in the Morphology container is the number of pixels surviving cleaning, so that's the correct number.
