An easy option would be to add more args.

MISTRAL_LIB_VERSION
MISTRAL_CLIENT_VERSION

With the GERRIT_REVIEW you can determine the repo and take the correct action.

If you want to use a gerrit review for mistral and mistral lib/client that could be tricky. But maybe thats a edge case we can ignore.
