Use the two analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) of the LiLyGo

All ESP32-S3 have two internal ADCs that could be used to measure analog signals, such as current and temperature. This would be especially helpful because the Raspberry Pi doesn't have an ADC... Does anyone have experience using two ADCs? GPIO Pin-mapping?
